Trial Advocacy is a class about learning how to prepare yourself for trial.
The National Institute of Trial Advocacy
has several manuals and mock trials for students to use in this preparation.
As each class is different I have not placed my case notes online.
In time I hope to prepare general notes for this class.
In fact, Trial Advocacy is more about learning trial procedures.
For example:
Can presenting counsel argue law during opening arguments?
What is the proper way to examine a witness without leading the witness?
What is the proper way to lead a witness?
Can opposing counsel object during closing arguments?
As I do not have those answers prepared to post here, I have some background information about arguments in general.
Good Luck!
